We are excited to share our latest in-fill lot project, located in Roswell, Georgia, USA, consisting of a 8,737 SF office building on podium over a parking deck. This new showcase features wide open spaces, warehouse windows, timber columns, sloped ceilings, activity deck and more over a secured parking deck. HRH and team successfully cleared the Roswell Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) and all permit comments, receiving the green light to go in 2024.
